I.        Identity and address of the accountable party.

 

In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals and its Regulations, and the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Economy, JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V., residing at Carr. Panamericana km 75 s / n, Col. Los Arellano, C.P. 20340, Aguascalientes, Ags., is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Processing includes the acquirement, use, disclosure, storage, access, management, exploitation, transfer or disposal of your personal data.

 

II.        Personal data that will subject to processing.

 

JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. does not request personal data through its website. The personal data that, where appropriate, is to be provided will be requested by the various departments of JATCO MEXICO, S.A DE C.V. By way of example, in order to enter the plant, an official photo identification will be requested, which must indicate a private address. Consequently, driver's licenses and passports are not accepted as official, with the exception of foreigners and / or non-residents in Mexico. Additionally, you will be asked to provide a phone number. It is prohibited to enter with portable (cellular) telephones to the plant, unless you have the authorization of a manager, who must fill out the corresponding form before authorizing access with the telephone equipment.

 

III.        Purposes of the data processing.

 

JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. informs you that the personal data you provide is necessary to keep track of people who are related to the company, be they employees, suppliers, customers, visitors or the general public, etc.

 

IV.        Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of the data.

 

The use of your data will be restricted to the corresponding area. All these data will be treated under security measures, always guaranteeing their confidentiality, and under the same procedures that JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. applies to its own information.

 

V.        Means to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition; and / or mechanisms to express the refusal regarding the processing of personal data; and / or mechanisms to express the revocation of consent.

 

You as the owner may exercise the ARCO rights (of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition or refusal of use) and revocation of consent, by means of written statement addressed to Mr. GABRIEL CONTRERAS REAL, owner of the Department of Personal Data of JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V., manifesting clearly and precisely the respective purpose.

 

Once your request is received, a response will be given within a period not exceeding 20 business days. If the request is resolved as viable, the response will be effective within a maximum period of 15 business days.

 

In case of exercising the rights of Access or Rectification, the obligation will be considered fulfilled when the personal data is made available to the owner (through simple copies). In other cases, you will be informed of the respective action by means of a written response that you can collect from the company. The same procedure may be used by you to express the refusal for the processing of data regarding those purposes that are not necessary, nor have they given rise to your legal relationship with JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V., as well as to revoke, at any time, your consent.

 

VI.        Data transfers.

 

You as the owner expressly manifests, through this channel, that you accept and authorize JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE CV, to transfer your personal data to third parties inside and outside of the Mexican Republic, exclusively for the purposes mentioned above, in the understanding that it will be made known a the third party or people unrelated to this privacy notice, as well as the purposes to which you subjected its processing, so that the third party  or unrelated people assume the obligations as responsible for the transferred personal data.

 

It is presumed that you consent to the use, processing and transfer of your personal financial or patrimonial data from the moment you provide them to JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V .. If you do not want your generic, economic or patrimonial personal data to be transferred, you must express your opposition in written form following the procedure outlined in the previous paragraph.

 

JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. will transfer your personal data to the local and federal competent authorities (SHCP, SAT, etc.), exclusively for the exercise of its powers and functions, as its submission is mandatory.

 

VII.        Sensitive data subject to processing.

 

JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. does not collect sensitive personal data from the general public.

 

VIII.        Changes to the privacy notice.

 

JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. reserves the right, at any time, to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice, for the attention of legislative, regulatory or jurisprudential developments, internal policies or new guidelines issued by the competent authorities. JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V.  will communicate changes to the privacy notice by sending a  notification to the email provided by you, in addition to adding a copy to your file.

 

IX.        Use of remote means to collect personal data.

 

JATCO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. has surveillance cameras or CCTV cameras installed throughout the plant. Recording images and sound is necessary to create security.

 

X.        Holder's consent

 

As the owner, you declare that you are aware of this notice´s existence, that you have read it in its entirety and that you accept the use of your personal data, in accordance with the purposes described above.
