Checking Machine
Machine for precision measurement
The creation of this team was born from the client´s needs. The operation of this equipment, is to make the 100% measurement of this product & to introduced it automatically, which generates a verdict if the piece is good (OK) / bad (NG). At the end of the cycle, it feedbacks the machining equipment to stop the machine if the piece is NG, to make the necessary adjustment, all of this, based on the limits and specifications required by the customer.

Leak Tester
Precision machine to detect leakages in pieces.
This equipment consists of sealing the piece. Based on the measurement by means of air injection, stabilization and pressure drop, it generates a verdict if the part is good (OK) / bad (NG).
In this machine, the adoption of the new model is carried out involving different processes.

Washing Machine
Machine to eliminate contamination in pieces.
The washing machine, removes contamination from the parts generated during the machining process. This removal is carried out in 3 steps: washing, drying and blowing.
In the modification of this project was carried out:
