JATCO provides customers around the world with Automatic Transmissions, considered the brains of automobiles. This year we celebrate our 52nd anniversary since the establishment of Japan Automatic Transmission Co. Ltd., one of our predecessor companies, in 1970.
Our company, JATCO Mexico, was established in 2003 as the JATCO Group's first production plant outside Japan and we reach our 19th year of operation in 2022.
As a manufacturer of Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT, hybrid) for automobiles, JATCO Mexico offers its customers around the world environmentally friendly products that maximize vehicle performance with world-class technology. For this reason, the CVT, which is our main product, is a leader in the market.
We are a company that drives technological innovation to provide added value to our customers, so we can deliver high-quality products and services in a timely manner.
In addition, we have expanded the scale of production through our special JEPS (JATCO Excellent Production System) method, ensuring that the quality of products in all our plants is maintained at the highest level, achieving competitiveness with flexible production lines and the highest standards.
To achieve our goal of providing the best products, we seek to develop the maximum potential of our employees, therefore, we have implemented the JATCO Mexico Education System, applying it to all levels of the organization with specialized topics according to each activity to comply with the highest preparation.
